Q. What’s happening?
  • NEW: Zoom Events Starting on February 27, 2024, FidelityConnects webcasts will broadcast via Zoom Events.
  • FidelityConnects experience Advisors can expect the same great content, interesting guests and CE credits.

Q. What can I expect? How can I have the best experience?
  • Registration – You will continue to receive an email invite from Fidelity Investments Canada with links to register for all webcasts each week.
  • Confirming your seat You will continue to receive a confirmation email from Fidelity Investments Canada. 
    • NEW – Save the event to your calendar: Please take a moment to save the meeting in your calendar, using the step-by-step guides: job aid or video.
  • NEW: Reminder – You will get a reminder by email and/or text one hour before the broadcast.
  • Joining – Use your unique link in the confirmation email to join the webcast.
    • NEW: Verification code – Zoom Events may prompt you for multifactor authentication. Please use the step-by-step guides: job aid or video.
    • Desktop/laptop: If you don’t have the Zoom app, consider Google Chrome for the best experience.
    • Mobile/tablet: Download the Zoom app from Apple Store/Google Play; an account may be required.
  •  Viewing and engaging with presenters and the community – You can expect a similar or enhanced experience
    • Q&A, chat and polling – Ask your questions, share your ideas, and participate in the conversation.
    • NEW – Live closed captioning – Live closed captioning transcription and translation will be available in more languages.
