Fidelity Registered Plan Documentation

Effective April 1, 2018, Computershare Trust Company of Canada will replace The Canada Trust Company as the trustee of Fidelity’s registered plans, and the following declarations of trust will be in effect for your Fidelity registered plan(s):

Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)

This declaration of trust also applies to Locked-in Retirement Accounts (LIRAs), Locked-in RSPs (LRSPs), and Restricted Locked-in Savings Plans (RLSPs).

Registered Retirement Income Fund (RRIF)

This declaration of trust also applies to Life Income Funds (LIFs), Locked-in Retirement Income Funds (LRIFs), Restricted Life Income Funds (RLIFs), and Prescribed Retirement Income Funds (PRIFs).

Locked-in Plan Addenda

If you have a locked-in plan with Fidelity governed by either federal or provincial pension legislation (LIRA, LRSP, RLSP, LIF, LRIF, RLIF or PRIF), the applicable locked-in addendum detailing the pension regulations governing your plan will be available at a later date.
