Access to My Accounts

My Accounts offers investors secure access to information on their Fidelity accounts.

Information includes your:

  • Account profile
  • Fund holdings
  • Transaction history
  • Duplicate statements and tax receipts
  • e-Delivery preference for your account statements

What do I need to log into My Accounts?

Your User ID and your password are required to log into My Accounts.

Your User ID was sent to you when your account was initially setup. You can also locate it on page one of your account statement.

First time visitors to My accounts: Password creation

First time visitors to My Accounts are required to create a password using the Fidelity User ID.

Instructions
  1. Select "Create password" located on the side navigation or the login page under Investor Access
  2. Enter your User ID number
  3. Enter your Access code
    • For personal accounts, please enter the last three digits of your SIN.
    • For corporate and trust accounts, please enter the temporary access code supplied by your advisor.
  4. Select your Password Reset question and enter your answer
  5. Create a password

Reset your forgotten password: Instructions

  1. Select "Reset password" located on the side navigation or the login page under Investor Access
  2. Enter your User ID
  3. Enter your Access code
    • For personal accounts, please enter the last three digits of your SIN.
    • For corporate and trust accounts, please enter the temporary access code supplied by your advisor.
  4. Provide your Password Reset question/answer set
  5. Re-create your password

Password

Your password must be a minimum of 8 letters and/or numbers, non-repeating (4962 vs. 2222) and non-sequential (4962 vs. 1234).

  • Your question/answer is required to reset your password in case you forget it.
  • You set it up when you initially create your password and provide it when you need to reset your password.
  • The answer must be a minimum of 5 letters and/or numbers.
