Electronic document delivery (eDelivery)

Some investors find printed reports useful in understanding their investments, while others prefer to download them directly from fidelity.ca. eDelivery offers Fidelity investors the option to receive your account statements, Fidelity Fund Reports and Management Reports on Fund Performance electronically on fidelity.ca in accordance with National Policy 11-201 and 81-106.

How does it work?

Fidelity Fund Reports
Fidelity Semi-annual and Annual Fund Reports, as well as Fidelity Management of Fund Performance Reports are publicly available at fidelity.ca.

Fidelity investors who wish to receive these reports in the mail can contact Fidelity Investments by phone, fax, mail, or by logging into their account. Each year, investors are asked to confirm their preferences for delivery by mail or by the Internet.

Account Statements
Account statements are mailed to Fidelity investors semi-annually. They are also available in My accounts, which is the secure area of our web site. You can access them any time by logging in with your User ID and password. Online reports are available for any period up to the previous business day.

You have the option to suppress the mailing and retrieve account statements electronically at fidelity.ca/myaccounts by providing your consent. When you consent to receive the statements electronically, you will receive an email semi-annually as a reminder for retrieval. To submit your consent, log in and complete the eDelivery agreement.

You can contribute to reducing the cost of mailing printed reports. This in turn can reduce the management expense ratios of the funds you own, which means the savings can be passed to you.
