Fidelity Canada strives to give back to the communities in which we do business. One of the ways we accomplish this is by helping young Canadians realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. Through our national partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada, we have founded the Power Up! Program, which encourages children and youth to gain an appreciation for and positive attitude towards education and life-long learning.
We also help our employees to support causes that are important to them by providing them with tools, programs and information that allow them to enhance their contribution to others. Whether enabling our employees to take a day off to volunteer or helping employees coordinate internal fundraisers, Fidelity encourages our employees to make a difference in their local community.
